this doesn’t really fit with… well, anything i’ve been making recently, but i like it, so welcome back soundsmush.
i don’t know why, but this one reminds me of lego city undercover. specifically the police station ambience. but anyway, pretty happy with how it’s gone. not sure if there’s any suitable place for me to release it haha but it was fun, at least.
also! an update on afterlight physical release: cassettes! 80% sure by now that i’m going to release a small number of cassettes. these will be better than the transience ones in terms of quality, too. the j-cards are printed on 80 lb (maybe 60 lb, we’ll see) cardstock, as opposed to regular photo paper, and i hope to get a better sounding recording on them (no promises on that front). so far i’ve done test prints for the j-cards, and made some small adjustments afterwards for a second round of printing. here are some pictures of one in a case :3
